17:13 He took one from the royal family, ¹  made a treaty with him, and put him under oath. ²  He then took the leaders of the land

Yehezkiel 18:8

18:8 does not engage in usury or charge interest, ³  but refrains ⁴  from wrongdoing, promotes true justice ⁵  between men,
